Three corrosion degree for bucket tooth

　　According to the actual corrosion degree for wheel loader tooth pin, we can divided these testing wheel loader tooth pin into three different grade, the first grade named the zero grade corrosion, it means these wheel loader tooth pin, which didn’t had the corrosion and abrasion damages; the second grade is the middle corrosion degree, it means the redial direction corrosion length for these wheel loader tooth pin is about sixteen millimeters, and the average length for the corrosion surface is about twenty two millimeters; the last grade is heavy corrosion degree, it means the radial corrosion length for wheel loader tooth pin is equal or bigger than fifteen millimeters and the average length for corrosion surface is equal or bigger than thirty millimeters.

　　If these wheel loader tooth pin are mainly used in these mine construction work conditions, according to the relative corrosion requirement, the corrosion surface length should be one third to the total length of the original wheel loader tooth pin.
